About the Role

We Excel Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to existing clients, identifying and soliciting new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue from existing clients, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships.

Identify and Solicit Potential Clients

Utilize your sales and marketing expertise to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales strategies to acquire new business.

Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support

Provide exceptional customer support to clients after the sale, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.

Reach out to Clients after Sale or Signed Contracts to Provide Ongoing Support

Regularly check-in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our products and services, and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Review and Adapt Information Regarding Product Innovations, Competitors, and Market Conditions

Stay up-to-date on the latest product innovations, competitor activity, and market trends, and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.

Troubleshoot Problems Related to Equipment

Work with clients to troubleshoot any issues related to our products or services, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Advertise and/or Promote Products, Sales, or Services

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including social media, email marketing, and other channels.

Work Term: Permanent

This is a permanent full-time position, offering a stable and secure career path for the right candidate.

Work Language: English

Fluency in English is required, as this role will involve communicating with clients and colleagues in this language.

Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week

This role requires a flexible schedule, with the ability to work 32-40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
