Family Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Norielen Zuyco, Darius Sinoy. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.
- Tasks:
- Follow parents' lead with toilet training.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Shop for food and household supplies.
- Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
- Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens.
- Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
- Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
- Prepare infants and children for rest periods.
- Supervise and care for children.
- Take children to and from school and to appointments.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children.
- Help children with homework.
- Cook.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
