Harvesting Labourer

- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm equipment, including tractors and harvesters.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve crop harvesting goals.
- Quality Control: Ensure that harvested crops meet quality standards.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Schedule: The successful candidate will be required to work a standard 35-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
