Harvesting Labourer

Majuba Acres Ltd. is seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the highest quality produce.
Key Responsibilities:- Harvest crops using manual and mechanical methods
- Maintain farm equipment and tools in good working condition
- Ensure crop quality and quantity meet company standards
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in agricultural work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Basic knowledge of farm equipment and tools
