Job Title: Harvesting Labourer

Majuba Acres Ltd. is seeking a skilled Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the highest quality produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvest crops using manual and mechanical methods
  • Maintain farm equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Ensure crop quality and quantity meet company standards
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in agricultural work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Basic knowledge of farm equipment and tools
