Job Title: Harvesting Labourer

Mingo Farming is seeking a reliable and hardworking Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our farming team, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall quality of our produce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Harvesting crops, including fruits and vegetables, using manual and mechanical methods
  • Maintaining farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and other machinery
  • Ensuring the quality of our produce by inspecting crops for damage or defects
  • Assisting with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Performing other tasks as required to support the farming team
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision
  • Ability to work in a team environment
Work Environment:

Mingo Farming is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Harvesting Labourer, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet and hot temperatures. You will be required to wear protective gear, including gloves, to ensure your safety.
