Harvesting Labourer

Mingo Farming is seeking a reliable and hardworking Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our farming team, you will be responsible for harvesting crops, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall quality of our produce.
Key Responsibilities:- Harvesting crops, including fruits and vegetables, using manual and mechanical methods
- Maintaining farm equipment, including tractors, plows, and other machinery
- Ensuring the quality of our produce by inspecting crops for damage or defects
- Assisting with greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
- Performing other tasks as required to support the farming team
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Will train on the job
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work in a team environment
Mingo Farming is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Harvesting Labourer, you will be working outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet and hot temperatures. You will be required to wear protective gear, including gloves, to ensure your safety.
