Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Communication Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive communication plans to reach our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs: Analyze the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Implement Communication Strategies and Programs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement communication strategies and programs, and ensure their successful execution.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to staff members on communication strategies and programs, and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate Special Publicity Events and Promotions: Plan and execute special publicity events and promotions to generate buzz and excitement around our brand and products.
  • Initiate and Maintain Contact with the Media: Establish and maintain relationships with media representatives, and secure media coverage for our brand and products.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop Portfolio of Marketing Materials: Create and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Conduct Online Marketing, E-commerce and Website Promotions: Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including e-commerce and website promotions, to reach our target audience and drive sales.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Maintain and Manage Digital Database: Manage and maintain our digital database, including email marketing lists and social media platforms.
  • Write and Edit Press Releases, Newsletter and Communications Materials: Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials to promote our brand and products.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Setting: Business and/or industry.
