Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of company resources.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and organized work environment.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop other staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Office Operations: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to protect the company's interests.
  • Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office and electronic mail.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and client-focused.
