Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at CB Canada.
About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Process transactions: Process customer transactions, including payments and refunds.
- Manage customer data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Communicate with internal teams: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide support.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent: Required.
- Customer service experience: Minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
