Job Summary:

About the Role:

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience: Minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
