About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, sales leadership, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identify business opportunities, and negotiate sales contracts.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to pursue these opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Organizational Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, including sales processes, sales metrics, and sales performance management.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, including onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review sales-related projects and programs, including sales campaigns, sales promotions, and sales events.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales leadership and customer relationship management.
  • Strong strategic planning, sales leadership, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
