Store Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to join our team at Brooks Home and General. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our store operations and driving business growth.

• Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and department managers.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
• Merchandise and Services
  • Develop and implement effective merchandise and services strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with our buying team to select and purchase products that meet our customers' needs.
• Marketing and Sales
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Operations and Logistics
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running efficiently and effectively.
• Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

• Education
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Skills
