Job Title: Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to join our team at 10090615 Manitoba Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Recruit and train staff to ensure a high level of service and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage finances and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
