- Manage Finances: Monitor and control transportation-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and labor costs.
- Recruit and Train Staff: Hire and train a team of logistics professionals to support the transportation operations.
- Establish Policies and Standards: Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods, ensuring consistency and quality across all operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, transportation, or business administration.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
