Job Title: Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Manager to join our team at 10090615 Manitoba Limited. Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of transportation staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage finances and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure optimal routes and schedules.
  • Monitor and report on transportation metrics to ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
