Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise and showcase available units to prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our properties.
  • Close deals and track all rental inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to tenant concerns and complaints, resolving issues in a fair and professional manner.
  • Assist with the review of rent roll and receivables, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Organize and track all expense receipts, quotes, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update resident information in files and our property management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Remain available for tenants during assigned working hours and respond quickly in emergency situations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with tenants, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Good judgment and innovation, with a willingness to think creatively and develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
  • PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience, with a strong understanding of residential property management and tenant relations.
