Position Overview

The Old Trapper is seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Training: Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that food and service adhere to quality control standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
Work Environment

This position operates in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
