Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and post journal entries for day-to-day and month-end banking transactions
  • Reconcile and analyze bank statements for multiple dealerships
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of financial statements, elimination entries, and related party transactions
  • Post warranty payments from manufacturers and factory invoices
  • Assist Senior Accountants with various tasks and projects
  • Participate in month-end and year-end close processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficient in Excel and use of formulas
  • Experience with bank reconciliations and account analysis
  • Ability to process high volumes of transactions efficiently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
