Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory levels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of business ERP applications and Microsoft Office
  • Customer-focused and organized with strong problem-solving skills
