Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales representatives, plant location managers, and co-workers, to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders, including metal requests, credits, and MRA's.
  • Pricing and Estimating: Provide detailed estimates to customers, ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, correspondence, and project-specific information.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software and systems, including price books and estimating tools.
