Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Liaison to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless access to therapy and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals to facilitate timely and efficient access to therapy.
  • Provide education and support to patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support.
  • Coordinate patient services to ensure rapid and continuous access to therapy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient onboarding and adherence to program requirements.
  • Manage all aspects of coverage to maximize and maintain prescription drug coverage.
  • Regularly interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset (requirement for province of Quebec).
  • Experience in a customer service setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree an asset.
  • Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement arena, call center setting, or pharmaceutical industry in sales, managed care, clinical support, or related experience an asset.
  • Comprehension of medical information.
  • Knowledge of public, private, and federal reimbursement an asset.
  • Previous work using a CRM system an asset.
  • Project management skills.
