Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals to facilitate timely and efficient access to therapy.
- Provide education and support to patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support.
- Manage patient caseloads, ensuring timely coordination of services and optimal reimbursement outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient onboarding and journey coordination.
- Regularly interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
- Experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry context.
- Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field.
- Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement, call center settings, or pharmaceutical industry roles.
