Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Healthcare Liaison to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless access to therapy and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare professionals to facilitate timely and efficient access to therapy.
  • Provide education and support to patients on program services, including injection training, pharmacy options, and reimbursement support.
  • Manage patient caseloads, ensuring timely coordination of services and optimal reimbursement outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure patient onboarding and journey coordination.
  • Regularly interact with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals to provide optimal reimbursement support.
Requirements
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, particularly for the province of Quebec.
  • Experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry context.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education certificate, diploma, or degree in a related field.
  • Experience in public or private third-party reimbursement, call center settings, or pharmaceutical industry roles.
