Towing Operations Coordinator

Tartan Towing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Towing Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient towing services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including vehicle operator work records and towing activity logs.
- Coordinate Dispatch: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as required.
- Monitor Workloads: Monitor personnel workloads and locations to ensure that all towing operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide Support: Provide support to vehicle operators and crews as needed, including advising them of traffic and other problems that may impact towing operations.
- Process Information: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic mail, electronic scheduler, GPS, and MS Windows.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
