About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Tartan Towing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Vehicle Transportation: Safely transport vehicles to and from our facilities, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain our fleet of tow trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all safety standards.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transports, including driver logs and inspection reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Skills: Professionalism in customer service, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular exposure to the elements.
