Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our towing operations, ensuring that our vehicles and personnel are deployed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, including vehicle maintenance records and personnel workloads.

Coordinate Towing Operations

Dispatch personnel and vehicles according to schedules and work orders, and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Monitor Personnel Workloads

Monitor the workloads of our personnel and ensure that they are adequately staffed to meet the demands of our towing operations.

Advise Vehicle Operators

Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems that may affect their routes or schedules.

Process and Transmit Information

Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of our vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

Experience in a related field is an asset.

Computer and Technology Skills

Proficiency in dispatch management service software, monitoring and tracking software, electronic mail, electronic scheduler, GPS, and MS Windows.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent.

Work Language

English.

Hours

40 hours per week.
