About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our Food and Beverage team at Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently provide exceptional service to our guests and colleagues
  • Follow all stewarding policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Ensure all dishes, glasses, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards
  • Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen and dining areas
  • Maintain a clean and organized stewarding kitchen
  • Supply equipment and supplies to the kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Adhere to hotel vehicle handling and safety policies
Requirements
  • Previous stewarding experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team
