We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 1232002 Ontario Inc.
Job Summary:The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 5-10 people
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to security and safety protocols
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Basic security clearance
- Own transportation
The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job that requires standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
