Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at 1232002 Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 5-10 people
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to security and safety protocols
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Own transportation
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding job that requires standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
