Position Overview
Are you passionate about customer engagement? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can showcase your unique personality? We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to facilitate the leasing process and enhance the resident experience at our latest development.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing and Marketing
- Encourage prospective residents to schedule appointments or viewings through various channels.
- Assess potential residents to determine their needs and fit for our community.
- Conduct property tours and showcase available suites to interested individuals.
- Organize open house events as necessary.
- Highlight the unique benefits of our properties to secure rental commitments.
- Negotiate lease agreements to maximize value.
- Inspect available suites prior to showings to ensure readiness.
- Enhance community visibility through business-to-business outreach.
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the Community Manager.
- Perform monthly market analysis and share findings with management.
- Execute additional marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain and update the Availability and Traffic reports.
- Gather and process all necessary information for lease applications.
- Conduct background and credit checks, and manage lease documentation.
- Communicate the outcome of applications to prospective residents.
- Provide new residents with a comprehensive move-in package during lease signing.
- Assist in coordinating moving logistics with the Community Manager.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to leasing as required.
Customer Relations
- Respond to inquiries from prospective residents in a professional manner.
- Follow up with all leads to maintain engagement.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and creativity.
- Able to work effectively with a diverse population while being culturally sensitive.
- Comprehensive understanding of market trends and competitive properties.
