Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at B.C. Ltd. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Knowledge of government programs and services.
