Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at B.C. Ltd. in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Knowledge of government programs and services.
