Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at RABBONI SUPPORT SERVICES INC. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking, transferring, and using assistive devices.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field, such as healthcare or social services.
  • Completion of a Personal Support Worker training program or equivalent.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
