About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Rabboni Support Services Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Household Tasks: Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation to appointments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, with various locations and work in employer's/client's home.
  • Certifications: Developmental services worker (DSW) Training, First Aid Certificate, and Personal Support Worker Certificate.
Work Environment

As a Personal Support Worker with Rabboni Support Services Inc., you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
