Requirements
- Residency training in pediatric or general surgery
- Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor
- Qualification for certification by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada or equivalent international certification
- Licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
