About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist at R. N. Apex Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and coordinate with colleagues and external parties as needed.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Transactions: Process invoices, receive payments, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office setting with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Prolonged sitting, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills.
