Job Description

**Job Title:** Cloud Solutions Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Manager to lead our cloud engineering team at Onico Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the functionality, integrity, and effectiveness of our cloud environment while overseeing a team focused on core cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cloud Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement cloud strategies to migrate on-premise data centers to the cloud, optimize cloud provider models and usage, and operational policies and procedures to support governance and controls for corporate system environments.
  2. Technical Leadership: Support senior management with the development, evaluation, implementation, and ongoing operation of technological initiatives, including the design of detailed plans and approaches, and conducting critical reviews of new processes or processes that will integrate with existing solutions/infrastructure.
  3. Team Management: Lead a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions.
  4. Cloud Operations: Configure and deploy cloud services, manage relationships with data center partners, vendors, and the license management process.
  5. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain Information Technology (IT) asset strategic plans, including annual reports to senior management, that ensure all aspects of the department's environment meet the existing and future needs.
Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of management experience in delivering cloud-based solutions with a team of cloud engineers.
  2. 5+ years of hands-on technical working experience in the use of AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms for services.
  3. 5+ years of experience in System Support and Administration in an Enterprise environment, working experience with AWS/Azure Cloud Services.
  4. Experience in strategic technology planning, execution, and policy development.
  5. Excellent knowledge of technology environments, including workflow development, access control platforms, and associated policy management.
  6. Working understanding of project management principles.
  7. Working understanding of Product Lifecycle Management.
  8. Proven experience in planning, organization, and development.
  9. Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid cloud environments.
  10. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Tableau, etc.
