About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and working collaboratively with our logistics team to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our logistics team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with our customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with the loading, scanning, and logging of freight, as well as cash reconciliation and key control.
  • Communicate effectively with our customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements

  • 3-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3-hour intervals.
  • Proven track record of personal responsibility and accountability, including attendance, uniform compliance, and attention to detail.
