Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with our drivers, warehouse staff, and other corporate partners to ensure seamless customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer service standards and metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 3-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and stand for 3 hour intervals
  • Professional communication skills, including oral and written communication
