Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of projects, including planning, execution, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including superintendents and other personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- 7-10 years of experience in heavy civil earthworks and road building is required.
- Experience with structural piling, concrete work, and underground utilities is an asset.
- Ability to travel between multiple sites.
