Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites.
Job SummaryThe Hotel Managing Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, as well as hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. This role will also involve maintaining the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and assign work to ensure efficient operation of the hotel
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery
- Arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Hotel, motel, or resort work setting
