Food Service Supervisor

Busters Pizza Donair & Pasta is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.
