Key Responsibilities- Ensure the effective management of a large budget, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful completion of projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Conduct budget progress analysis, identifying areas for improvement and developing recommendations to address any issues.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent the department as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address any issues.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, with six years of experience in a similar role. They will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. They will also have experience in budget management, financial planning, and policy development.
