We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Lakeridge Health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, ensuring seamless patient flow through the clinic.
- Perform a variety of clerical functions, including reception duties, scheduling, and data entry.
- Direct telephone calls, contact patients by phone, and fax documents as needed.
- Manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
- Medical Office Administration Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven knowledge of medical terminology, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Proven keyboarding skills of 30 wpm and experience with Meditech Community Wide Scheduling modules.
- Ability to adapt positively to a changing environment and demonstrate commitment to our core values.
