Job Summary:

The Clinical Support Specialist provides administrative support to the healthcare team at Lakeridge Health. This role involves performing a variety of clerical functions, including staff scheduling, reception duties, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Perform clerical functions, including staff scheduling and data entry
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to patient privacy policies
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and patients

Requirements:

  • Medical Office Administration Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and computerized patient registration systems
  • Proven keyboarding skills and basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
