About the Role

CWB Financial Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with medium-sized enterprises, providing them with full-service banking and financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client experiences at every interaction, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Activation & Business Growth: Develop and implement independent marketing plans to achieve sales and growth targets, undertaking sales activities to achieve annual loan, deposit, and cash management sales objectives.
  • Credit Risk Management: Collaborate with the commercial credit team to assess risk and implement protocols to ensure risk and reward are balanced within CWB's risk appetite.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in commerce, finance, or accounting, and five years of experience in commercial lending or equivalent. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions with critical partners is essential.
