Schedule: Days, with evening and weekend rotation

Key Responsibilities

Our Licensed Practical Nurses deliver healthcare services to individuals of all ages in their residences and various community settings throughout Nova Scotia.

  • Management of diabetes
  • Dialysis support
  • Medication oversight
  • Palliative care provision
  • Phlebotomy services
  • Wound care, including advanced therapies for complex wounds

Qualifications Required

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the applicable province
  • Experience in community health is advantageous
  • A valid driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle are necessary
  • A recent and original satisfactory Criminal Records Check is mandatory, along with potential Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check
  • Ability to utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
