Key Responsibilities- Operatory Management: Ensure the setup and maintenance of operatories, sterilization, and lab areas are in accordance with our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Stock supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless clinical operations.
- Instrument and Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain all instruments and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Clinical Procedures: Perform all clinical aspects of pediatric dental hygiene, including orthodontic procedures and x-ray services.
- Patient Education: Discuss pre and post-operative care with patients and their families to ensure a comprehensive understanding of their treatment.
- 2-5 years of experience as a dental hygienist, with a strong background in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer-centric care.
