Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician I to join our team at BGIS. As a Technician I, you will play a key role in maintaining the facilities and grounds of our clients' properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and grounds, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of facilities and grounds to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment.
  • Respond to service requests and perform work in accordance with established processes and practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in facility operations and maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
