Key Responsibilities:

Deliver consistently exceptional, friendly, and professional service Collaborate with the Chef to understand daily tasks and ensure smooth operations Assist the culinary team with basic food preparation tasks Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all offerings in the staff cafeteria Understand presentation standards and preparation methods for all menu items Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding inventory and production needs Ensure the prep list is consistently updated and maintained Restock clean dishes, utensils, and trays as necessary Replenish salad bar items and condiments Clean and sanitize all frequently touched surfaces Sweep and mop kitchen floors Adhere to ALLSAFE protocols throughout the workspace Perform additional duties as required Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months experience in food and beverage service Safe Food Handling Certification is mandatory Ability to lift, carry, and pull weights up to 50lbs, and to stand and walk for extended periods Capable of working in a kitchen environment with various equipment Demonstrates initiative and can work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor Committed to providing high-quality customer service and attention to detail Additional Information
