About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients' products are accurately placed and displayed in retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves, including setting up and installing promotional materials.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and prevent stock-outs.
  • Identify opportunities during store visits to enhance our sales area and introduce new products.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.
Requirements
  • Available to work from Monday to Friday.
  • Availability to work morning and daytime hours.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience (desirable).
  • Physical Capability must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
