About the Role

We Are Social is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Influencer Manager to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Influencer Management team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day client activities related to influencers and creators, as well as managing client campaigns and building strong relationships with talent and agents across North America and abroad.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client activities as it relates to influencers and creators
  • Manage client campaigns, including outreach to influencers, contracting, and negotiating
  • Build strong relationships with talent and agents across North America and abroad
  • Support client planning as it pertains to influencer marketing
  • Day-to-day team management, ensuring that all team members have the necessary information to complete their tasks
  • Ensure that all activity follows sign-off processes for both yourself and your team
  • Work closely with the Editorial and Creative teams on content ideation and production
  • Manage client budget trackers
  • Active involvement in new business pitching and preparation
  • Creation of client report presentations as required and appropriate
  • Active involvement in identifying new business opportunities on your clients, bringing them to agency leadership to decide how to move forward
Requirements
  • A confident, passionate, and enthusiastic influencer manager/senior influencer manager with 4+ years of experience in a creative or influencer agency or brand environment working in social
  • Articulate and able to present confidently to both clients and internal teams
  • A curiosity for the brightest and best in social, and translating this into brilliant creative and editorial executions
  • Natural curiosity and understanding of consumer behaviors and mindset in social
