Programmatic Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cossette Media's programmatic media team, where you will be part of an integrated team that operates transparently and collaborates closely with strategy, 360 media planning, creative, and analytics teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create world-class programmatic programs and strategies for top-tier clients
  • Support 360 planners in creating programmatic-first media plans
  • Develop and monitor best practices for DSPs
  • Train and mentor programmatic coordinators and specialists
  • Partner with the director of programmatic to ensure effective delivery
  • Engage with publishers, DSPs, ad exchanges, and industry partners
  • Manage performance, budget, financial, and time management
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of programmatic trading experience
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (Google Display and Video 360, Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Verizon Media) and ad servers (Google Campaign Manager) and DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, GA360)
  • Advanced understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills and strong knowledge of math and statistics
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeed
  • Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance client work and objectives
